Boundary Marking
If you are looking to have your boundaries marked on site you will need a registered surveyor to do this for you.
The situations that may arise that would need this type of survey include the following:
Land is becoming increasingly valuable, as such it is important to ensure that you protect this asset and have it clearly identifiable for yourself and your neighbours.
Pre purchase of a vacant land parcel to ensure that you know where the exact limits of your land are.
Marking of your land boundaries for fencing purposes (fences are quite expensive to construct and if constructed in the wrong position you may incur unnecessary cost to have it moved to the correct location, not to mention the unnecessary heart ache of neighbourly disputes)
Neighbourly disputes, we are constantly being called to resolve boundary disputes between neighbours that quite often escalate to violence. If the boundary had been marked prior to fencing or building works this could have been avoided.
